Service: TenHired provides AI agent automation via Telegram. Agents are configured during onboarding and operate according to agreed specifications.

Payment: Fees are billed monthly in advance. Setup fees are one-time charges due before deployment begins.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice. No refunds for partial months.

Liability: TenHired's liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI agent outputs.

Data: Your data remains yours. We process it only to deliver services as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
