Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These terms govern your use of the TenHired website (tenhired.com) and the managed AI agent services provided by TenHired Ltd ("TenHired", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

TenHired provides managed AI agent services including the design, deployment, hosting, monitoring, and support of custom AI operations agents for your business. Services are delivered as described in your individual service agreement.

3. Service agreements

Specific terms for each client engagement — including scope, pricing, payment terms, and service levels — are outlined in a separate service agreement provided before work commences. These terms supplement that agreement.

4. Pricing and payment

Setup fees are one-time charges payable before deployment begins. Monthly service fees are payable in advance. All prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT where applicable. Late payments may incur a suspension of services after 14 days' written notice.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business information required for agent configuration
• Respond to requests for data, access, or feedback in a timely manner
• Use the AI agents in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the agent architecture

6. Intellectual property

The TenHired agent framework, architecture, and deployment methodology remain the intellectual property of TenHired Ltd. Your business data remains your property at all times. Custom configurations created for your deployment (including industry knowledge files) are licensed to you for the duration of your service agreement.

7. Data and privacy

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law. Each client receives dedicated infrastructure — your data is never shared with or accessible to other clients.

8. Service availability

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime for all deployed agent systems. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of liability

TenHired provides AI agents as operational tools. While agents are designed to be accurate and reliable, they are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or compliance advice. Our total liability under any service agreement shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable period to export your data before decommissioning your dedicated infrastructure.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
